For the month of May till Aug, my goal in making handmade cards are 15 to 20 a month and as of today, I have completed 20 cards, 30 cards to go.  My friend who claimed that he is a 'retired' Catholic is sponsoring muffins and I am taking up the challenge of  making 100 in two flavours.  My sister and cousin are helping me, thank God!  I am looking forward as it is my first participation.  This is one way I show my gratitude to God - gift of creativity.  Made with love........................both cards and muffins.  Do give me your support.   

My first blueberry muffins

I like baking since my younger days and did some basic baking such as my first sweet corn butter cake, pineapple tarts, cornflake cookies. Few months back, my brother gave me an oven and I baked my first muffins - blueberry flavor. I received positive comments from families and colleagues and was motivated to bake more for friends on their birthdays. My colleague asked me to try Japanese Cheese Cake, and I baked that topped wth some strawberries for my sister birthday. Each time I visit Phoon Huat where they supply panstry ingredients, baking tools, I will buy one baking item at a time and now have accumulated and I have them packed it neatly in a big plastic box. I may bake more muffins and share it with the less fortunate during Christmas season.
